AJ Simms' Current Off-season Nutrition Strategy

Meal 1: 3/4 cup of Oatmeal, 8 egg whites 1 yolk, 2 fish oil caps, 1 serving Trac creatine, 10 g's Gl3-L-glutamine, vitamin- c, vitamin-e, Multivitamin, 2 cranberry capsuels, folic acid.

Meal 2: 8 oz. lean red meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cups broccoli or green beans, 12 oz. crystal light, milk thistle, digestive enzymes.

4 BCAA Tab's

30 min Nap

Meal 3: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 rice cake, 4 egg whites, 2 scoops HDT pro Blend 55, 5g's Gl3 - L-glutamine.

Train

Immediately after training - 2 Scoops HDT pro Blend 55 w/ 2 serving's Gatorade, 1 box small raisins, 4 BCAA Tabs, Multivitamin, 10 g's Gl3-L-glutamine

1 hr. after Meal 5:8 oz. lean red meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cups broccoli or green beans, 12 oz. crystal light, milk thistle, digestive enzymes, vitamin-e,vitamin-c,folic acid

Meal 6: 10 oz. Chicken Breast , 12 oz. crystal light.

Meal 7: 8 egg whites, 3 rice cakes, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 4 BCAA Tabs, 3 Evening primrose oil caps, vitamin-e, 10g's Gl3-L-glutamine.

3:30 AM - 10 g's Gl3-L-glutamine

* Things will be added in weekly so I will keep you updated till I get into full off-season mode*
Extra
2-3 gallons of water a day.
40 mins of stretching
1 hr neuromuscular therapy once a week.
