If you would like to stay away from the fat burner pills , there is a healthy alternative. Try food, yes, certain foods can actually speed up the body's fat burning process. Green Vegetables are the most POTENT fat burning food you can eat. Next to green vegetables, there are 5 fruits you can eat that will also speed up the fat burning process -- Apples, Peaches, Pears, Plums, and Oranges. I found that eating any of these fruits quickly satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. If you would happen to overdue it on the sweets, try eating some green vegetables afterwards, and they will actually slow down the "sugar storing itself as fat" process.
Always try to eat protein with your carbs, as this will help slow the carbs down from turning into fat. Another trick is to always try to have some healthy fat with your meal, as this helps the body to feel full and satisfied. Flaxseed oil is a great way to help supplement with some good healthy fat. Your body does need some fat to function properly. Even your growth hormones are affected by lack of good fats. And of course, make sure you include plenty of water in your diet .
