Hi, I am Mike Adams and when I am not busting my butt in the gym, I still am busting it making sure I give my body what it needs for repair and growth. What I put in my body is the most important thing for overall health and fitness. I push myself to the limit everyday, my nutrition and sleep plays a key role in that. I perform best at 8 hours of sleep a night 5 meals per day with 2 protein shakes and a protein bar.

In the off season I wake up at 8 and have a protein shake for breakfast with peanut butter, MCT oil, a banana, joint supplement oil, wheat germ, RMM pro 96% whey isolated protein, a scoop of Ultimate Nutrition weight gainer, and 5 grams of RMM pro glutamine. Then I follow a workout with a protein bar, I prefer Pure protein's smores bars, then eat some red meat (90% lean ground sirloin or sirloin steak) with mashed sweet potatoes and a small salad an hour after the protein bar. I follow that meal with a Rainbow light men's multivitamin and vitamin C and E. I take the same vitamins with the same meal every 2 and a half to 3 hours for my next two meals. The last meal usually stays the same but I take calcium with the last meal. Then a shake before bed.

Also in my off-season, I will do a 12-week stack of RMM pro hormones. My favorite mass and muscle building strength stack is 1AD and 19 norandrosteine. When I Cycle off I use the Human growth hormone potentate (HGHP) for 8 weeks before hitting another stack.
