Q. How long have you been working out and when did you get started? Who was your inspiration in your earlier life to get into the gym?
A. I have been working out for 11 years now. I started when I was only 14 years old! I was inspired by the action hero physiques from the early 90's from video games and movies. - street fighters, animated action heroes, etc. That is when I came to believe if I worked hard I could take my body to another level. Now it is more about personal achievement and a healthy way of life.
Q. Did you play sports in high school? Did you workout during your high school years? List the sports you played in high school.
A. Yes, I was playing mostly basketball and was very good at it:) I started working out during this period of time.
Q. Briefly describe your workout/diet regiment. What do you do during a typical week in the gym? Do you take supplements?
A. I keep it simple and do the classic 2 muscle groups a day work out starting on Monday - chest, triceps; Tuesday - back, biceps, shoulders; Wednesday- legs; Thursday – arms; Friday & the weekend – rest.
Q. What are some of your outside interests/hobbies outside of the gym? Favorite foods, music, movies, TV, magazines?
A. Well I am never sitting around the house watching movies or T.V...I am always out meeting new people, living life, finding excitement in my city in Macedonia. I am here to live! I am out the door every night at 10pm to start my night life. It is great. I like good variety of music. The only magazines I read are ones with the hot girls! lol. Not into the bodybuilding magazines too much. Oh and as far as foods go the China buffet is heaven!!
Q. How long have you been working out and competing in bodybuilding contests? List your shows (Year, Show Name, and Placement?
A. 11 years and competing almost 8 years
2000- International Grand Prix Championship in Macedonia 1st place(fitness)
Q. Where do you see yourself say in 5 years from now?
A. On top of the World!
Q. Have you worked with John Mitchell of BBpics.com before? How do you compare these photos from any previous photoshoots you may have had with him?
A. It was a professional shoot and it shows that John obviously knows what he is doing. Just look at the shots we did together on the site! It is a team effort between the photographer and the model. I admire this approach.
Q. How was the whole weekend photoshoot experience with John Mitchell? Would you recommend him to others trying to build a fitness/fashion modeling portfolio?
A. It was great. If you want to exceed in this business and you feel you have what it takes to achieve that goal you should not pass up this opportunity if it is offered to you.
Q. How long have you been a personal trainer?
A. 5 years now.
Q. Is your muscle all for show or do you have strength behind your appearance?
A. I got strength in every other aspect of life.
Q. What program do you use for your personal training clients? Do you emphasize strength, cardio or dieting?
A. Depending on the client’s needs, but, I often combines programs that emphasize both those characteristics.

A. It is very full filling to help make peoples goals come to reality.
Q. Lastly, how would you describe yourself as an individual? Why do you think you will succeed in this fitness modeling/bodybuilding business?
