My name is Marc Plano and I was born and raised in New Haven, CT. I attended Southern CT State University in which I received a BS degree in Human Performance and Nutrition. While attending college I worked as a part time trainer which has given me the experience and knowledge to work as an independent trainer in the field of exercise science. I currently am the owner of Optimal Results and work as a self employed personal trainer/nutritionist/and medical massage therapist. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people which include fitness models, athletes, disease state, and people in wheelchairs. My passion for health and fitness is ever-growing and I am blessed that I have had the opportunity to help people live a healthier and happier life. I contacted John and we immediately scheduled a shoot together. I was looking for someone that can help me get started in fitness modeling. After talking with John I was confident that he would be the one that would be able to help me spring forward and lead me in the right direction. From the moment I spoke to John on the phone he was motivating me to look my best and was getting me to think about which direction I wanted to take fitness modeling. As I was looking forward to our first shoot together, I really didn't know what to expect. After having our first shoot together I must say that John is a true professional. He was able to clearly define what he was looking for without making me feel like I was just a number. He gave me the one on one attention I needed since I was a rookie in the business. He also gave me the opportunity to give my input and took everything I said into consideration. He was very attentive to my needs and eating schedule. After our shoot John followed up with an email thanking me and motivating me to stay on track and to start thinking ahead about marketing myself as a fitness model.
