Live Stress Free

Having stress in your life cannot only make you unhappy but it can also help slow you down in your efforts to reach your goals. It can interrupt your sleep patterns and have a negative effect on your eating habits. It can make people unproductive and irrational when making important decisions. Basically stress is bad news and as little of it as we have in our lives the better off we will all be.

The first thing we have to do is analyze what stress is. I like to think of stress as a form of energy or a vibe if you will. It could be thought of as a pattern of feelings expressed through tasks that we may do in our daily lives. It could also very well be expressed through emotion when dealing with a situation that requires us as human beings to think. No matter what stress is, it is there and it doesn't have to be.

The next thing to do is to evaluate the level of stress in your life. It is actually very simple to do, just ask yourself a few simple questions. How much sleep do I get on an average? How many meals am I eating a day on average? Do I have a short temper? If so, what kind of things set it off? How important are they really? After these questions are answered you will then have a basic idea of how much stress is in your life at this time. The less sleep you get, the more stressed you are. The bigger change in eating patterns the more stress you have. The shorter temper you have usually means the more stressed out you are. Now, this is not a stress test by any means and I am not a doctor but these are sure ways to tell if you are stressed or not.

We have established that there is stress in your life and we now know how to vaguely measure it. Now it is time to find out where stress comes from. Stress is actually created by us. Yes, That is right I said us. We create our own stress in life. Why do we do this we ask ourselves? Well the answer is simple…we don't mean to. It is all done subconsciously. Well that arises another question, which is…How do we get rid of this sneaky stuff we call stress.

Well that answer is even easier. First we can't worry about things that we cannot change. The second thing is that we have to change the things that we can. The last thing to do is channel any stress that is left in a productive way. That is where all of you stress lovers, (people who claim that they need stress in there lives), fit in. You don't need stress in your life you just have found a way to make it productive so you don't have to change your lifestyle…well good news ladies and gentlemen, you don't have to change your lifestyle or live a stressful life. Just follow these simple rules here and you will be stress free and happy, I am sure of it.

Try it! You have nothing to lose but stress!
