I'm a personal trainer in Hattiesburg, MS. I received my education from the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, FL back in 2003. I have been working out since I was 17yrs. old. I played basketball through highs school and quit my Sr. year because I was tired of the politics and wanted to focus on weight training and see what kind of changes I could make if I stuck to it. Needless to say I got hooked. So I have been doing so for 9 years now and have totally transformed my physique.
When I began working out I was 145lbs at 6'0. My heaviest weight has been 200-202. I have never had my body fat over 6% year round. I usually average 4.5-5% body fat. I do very little cardio if any at all. I just go by how I look and what I feel I need to do if I want something to change with my physique. I usually eat 5 X a day consuming 200 + grams of protein with a calorie intake of 3500-4000 calories a day. I really just try to keep it simple.
I have recently started pursuing fitness modeling as it has always been something I have wanted to prove to myself I could do and be proud of. Be something great to look back on one day and have some magazines you were featured in. I look forward to finding out what the future holds for me.
