My name is Brian Tillman and I am a very friendly outgoing and positive person. I was born and raised in Queens, NY and finished school on Long Island. I now live in Westchester NY.

Being in the shape that I am in, a lot of people who see me in the gym automatically think I am a personal trainer. However, that is not the case and I am actually a sanitation worker who loves to diet and work out a lot. My friends and people I know have always told me if you are not a trainer why not go into fitness modeling, So, I am currently giving it a go. I want to be one of the few non personal trainers to make it in this fitness modeling industry. Getting into fitness modeling I want to better myself and my body on a physical and mental level and also to see how far I can push myself to that point of near perfection.

My workout regiment consists of the following schedule:

Monday:
Calisthenics
Pushups 4 sets of 150
Dips 50reps of 4 sets
Pull-ups 4 sets of 20 reps

Tuesday:
Chest, flat bench
5 sets of 10 reps
Decline press 4 sets of 10 reps
Incline dumbbell press 4 sets of 10reps
Machine flys 4 sets of 12 reps
Triceps
Cable extensions 4sets of 15 reps
Single arm extensions 4sets of 15reps
Rope cable extensions 4 sets of 15reps
Shoulders
Military press 4 sets of 12 reps
Lateral raises 4 sets of 12reps
Seated military press with barbell
4sets of 12 reps

Wednesday:
1 mile runs with calisthenics

Thursday:
Biceps
Standing barbell curls
4 sets of 4reps
Single arm curls
4 sets of 4 reps
Hammer curls
4 sets of 4 reps

Friday:
Chest
Flat bench barbell press
4 sets of 5 reps
Cable flys
4 sets of 4 reps
Incline dumbell press
4 sets of 4 reps

Saturday/Sunday:
Rest days

Diet:
Chicken salads
Tuna with fat free cheese
Turkey burgers
fat free peanut butter
Oat meal
Egg whites
8 cups of water
Steaks
Baked potato
Salmon
Wheat bread

My favorite actors are Will Smith and Denzel Washington while my favorite actress is Halle Berry. My hobbies are video games, working out going to plays movies, eating out at different types of restaurants, and watching boxing and UFC.

Working with John Mitchell was a cool experience. The first time spoke to him over the phone he was very professional, honest which allot of people need. He showed me some of his work which is pretty good. He also explained to me the ups and downs about the business. John is very energetic and passionate about what he does and how he does it I definitely would love to work with him in the times to come. John is the man I feel can help me reach my fitness goal and my goal in fitness modeling.
