It all started on January 21, 1983, early in the morning when I was born. My life started in Philadelphia, in a small town called Kensington. Born and raised til I was 11. Living with my mother and father wasn't exactly the best life. They would fight all the time, and eventually came to a divorce. I was torn between the two, even though I was still young, it affected me. My father would always ask me if i wanted to stay and live with him, and the same from my mother. I chose to stay with my mom, which believe you me was the best decision. From around 11 til 18 years old, I moved a lot and had to meet new friends often. Something I don't think anyone should have to go through, but it made me a stronger person. Now I reside in Williamstown, NJ, with my mother and step-dad. My life now has changed in a good way, I'm happy and I have a great family that supports me and and severe great friends as well.

I would say that I have been in shape all of my life, just not a big time gym person. Sports and activities was were you could find me. From basketball to football, or even freeze tag to free the man. All were in fun, but never knew it was gonna lead me to being a big time work out fanatic. From the first time I started lifting, I knew it was what i was gonna be doing for a long time in my life. Can't complain because my body has only gotten better.

At first I was a little nervous to work with John, because of the many people I've encountered in this business. But I must say that John's professionalism and personality made me at ease and comfortable. He has been the best photographer that I have ever worked with in my career. For all of you reading this and are in doubt, trust me when I say that you will be very pleased with his work and kindness. I shouldn't have to tell you this, the pictures speak for themselves. All in all it was a great experience.
