How Working Out Changed My Life
Working out and bodybuilding has changed my life in many different ways. To begin, when I was 18 years old, I graduated high school at 150 pounds. I had very low confidence and self esteem because I was always pushed around in sports. I was never big enough to compete with anybody. After I graduated, I knew it was time for a big change. It was going to be a change that would cause my life to totally turn around. I began taking up working out and bodybuilding.
I have been reading fitness magazines since I began high school. I always had a dream of being in one someday. Everybody thought I was crazy because they didn't think I would ever be big enough. I started researching and reading about every workout possible. I went and bought a gym membership and applied my new knowledge. I slowly began putting on noticeable size and at the same time, my confidence was slowly going up. As soon as my body started to grow, I knew that this was a hobby that I wanted to take as serious as possible. I then became familiar with diets and what to eat in order to achieve the body I wanted. After applying my knowledge of working out and nutrition, I began to blow up in size. My confidence and self-esteem began to shoot through the roof.
I am currently 21 years old, 5'11", and around 185 pounds. With the dedication, hard work, and proper nutrition, it was possible for me to get the body I wanted. Now I am starting to fulfill the dream I always had of becoming a fitness model and maybe even some acting if I got the chance.
Besides all the goals I have achieved, I have another thing that I like to do in life. I love helping out people who think they can't get the body they want and have low confidence in themselves. I was there once, so I know exactly how they feel and what they are going through. So I give them all the advice and help that I can in order to help them out.
Outside of working out and bodybuilding, I love to play just about any sports, go clubbing at night, and just have fun like any other normal person would. I am also a full time student in college. I attended the University of Cincinnati for 3 years and received my Associates Degree in Applied Business. I am currently going to Northern Kentucky University and majoring in Physical Therapy. After I get my Bachelor's degree, I hope to open my own chiropractor office or work for some professional sports team as a rehab trainer. I also hope to keep fitness modeling and acting during my whole schooling process.
Overall, if you have a goal, the knowledge, and the desire to do something, there is absolutely nothing holding you back. I am living proof that anybody can change their body to the body they have always wanted. The only thing that could hold you back would be yourself. Working with John on these pictures made me realize that I can really do this. He is a super nice person who is very easy to work with. All you have to do is look at his work and you can see that he is a great photographer. If you are interested in having pictures taken like I did, don't hesitate to contact John. He will tell you if you have the look or not. He doesn't play around and takes it serious. That is exactly what this business needs - A good photographer who is fun, but also takes his job really serious.
Another good thing about John is that he is a great self-esteem builder. If you have the look to model, he will remind you that you are good enough to be in the business. He doesn't work with people who aren't serious about getting into modeling. You have to have goals and a dream in mind. John makes sure that you follow your dream and don't give up on it. A motivational photographer is something that is pretty hard to find now days. John is one and is great to work with.
