Throughout my childhood I had an unquenchable passion for fitness. Only in the last three years have I incorporated weights into my work regiment. I strive to sustain healthy in all aspects of fitness (strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, coordination, etc). You are only as strong as your weakest link. With graduation from college looming in the near future, I expect to maintain my intensity of my fitness training. Appearing in fitness magazines would be a great outlet to achieve this goal. May of 2004, I shall graduate with a degree in Math, Computer Science and Psychology. I maintain a capricious outlook on my career plans. In the meantime, I would like to take this opportunity to do a lot of traveling, and more then likely I will conclude my education at graduate school. Views on fitness and bodybuilding. For most it's a hobby, for a few it's a sport. But unlike any other sport there is no such thing as a comeback. There is no fourth quarter pass from Joe Montana to Dick Clark in the end zone or late game heroics of the likes of Michael Jordan. In this sport, constancy is the key. You have to live every moment like it's the fourth quarter. The type of mind set of, I missed a workout so I will do twice as much the next day has no prevalence here. Arnold Schwarzenegger Favorite Foods: I have a very bland pallet and tend to eat a wide variety of foods. Balance is the key for me. I love all various types of nuts, fruit, and vegetables, diary, meat. My favorite fruit is the blueberry, vegetable is the olive, nut is the cashew, meat is buffalo, and fish is mahi mahi. I try to stay away from the high processed foods that are so common in American lifestyle. Our culture unfortunately trades quality and effectiveness for quantity and efficiency.
