I was born in Columbus Ohio where I have spent my whole life up until now! I grew up in a small town before the family decided to move to a bigger city which ended up being Columbus. I ended up playing football and running track all through high school and ended up getting a football scholarship to play at Ashland University which is NCAA Div.II School. I ended up transferring back to Columbus Ohio where I finished up my college gridiron days at Capital University. I went on to break several records on both the football and track teams there and loved every minute of it! Since graduation I have moved to NYC to further pursue acting and modeling. I have appeared in numerous print ads but my goal and desire is to get more into film. I played a supporting role in an independent horror film called SCULPTURE last summer and it should be released sometime between the spring and summer of 2009. I also just recently received my SAG card for my role in a Bud Light Super Bowl commercial! The commercial is actually about Conan O’Brien being in a commercial....weird huh? But anyways, I can't wait for that to come out and I have several other irons in the fire as far as acting and theatre go. Wish me luck and hope you enjoy the pics!!!!
My workouts consist of M-F working every body part once a week. I run 2 miles on the treadmill 3 times a week and do abs 3 times a week as well. I tend to lift heavy for 8 straight weeks then take 1 week completely off to recover. During this week I still run and stretch and follow my diet, just no lifting. Most of my exercises are basic power movements with free weights followed by a couple of sets on machines for the body part as well. One thing I love to do is a drop set aka burnout set for each body part. This gives a good last pump and a great way to end a workout.
Some of my hobbies are going to concerts; I'm a big heavy metal fan! I also love playing poker online or live as well as making a trip to Atlantic City every few months to try my luck! I try and eat healthy so I stick to the fish and chicken but on a cheat day I love wings pizza and beer! Light beer of course! I also love riding my bike and traveling to different cities, usually for modeling opportunities. Finally, I love a night night of fine dining and wine as well....with a hot girl by my side of course!
MY DAY WITH JOHN MITCHELL:
John and I shot up by my apartment outside of New York at New Brunswick, which is home of the Rutgers. We didn't have the greatest lighting outside at first but as the day went on everything panned out perfectly. We did some great body shots by a playground and a baseball field at a park nearby. We also got some great shots of me wearing Steelstretch gear which is a new line of clothes. We also went inside the apartment a d got some good shots in there as well. My roommate was gone so everything worked out great and we made the most out of the day! It was a fun day of shooting and I don't think we could have done anything better! I hope to shoot with John again in the near feature because I love his work and always looking for great new pics! Enjoy!
