RON STONE
6'0", 197 lbs, 44 chest, 16.5 arms, 32" waist, brown hair, blue eyes

I am a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the Boston area and a graduate of Northeastern University. My job involves designing roadways, bike paths, drainage systems, etc. I have lived here on the south shore of Massachusetts all my life.

My hobbies include snow boarding, skiing, biking, rollerblading, and going to the beach. I am also a Dallas Cowboys fan. In my spare time I like to draw. I created the cartoon for my previous company's newsletter and also illustrated a cookbook and designed t-shirts.

After high school I started lifting weights and I don't plan on stopping. I go to the gym 5 days a week, working on 2 body parts per day. I hate the feeling I get when I miss a workout.

Most people online want to know about my diet and workout. I like to concentrate on a lagging body part by working that twice a week. The body parts that I group together in a workout are chest and triceps, back and biceps, and shoulders and forearms. I like to keep legs on their own day. I do abdominals and calves every other day. For my cardiovascular workout, I jog for at least 20 minutes in the morning before eating anything. I have found that this is the best time of day for shredding fat. I prefer to use free weights to machines because I am a hard gainer. One thing I have done to gain muscle is increase the amount of protein I eat in a day, including one can of tuna fish and 4 protein shakes in addition to my previous diet. I don't eat anything that has more than 6 grams of fat per 200 calories. My supplements include glutamine (3 times a day), Vanadyl Sulfate (before and after workouts), creatine, and lots of vitamins. I also take Thermal Blast 2 (3 times a day) when I am trying to cut up. I always make sure to drink lots of water every day.

In 1998 I entered the EAS contest and in 3 months dropped my body fat from 17% to 8% without changing my weight. It was very challenging but I really enjoyed it. I set up a very strict diet and exercise schedule and it paid off. During the summer of 2000, while preparing for photo shoots and the Mr. Hit The Beach contest in Jamaica, I was able to drop my body fat down to 4.8%. If you have any questions about my diet or workout routine, feel free to send and email. Keep in mind that I'm not a registered trainer - I can just tell you what works for me.

In November of 1999, I was one of the top ten finalists in the Baywatch Hawaii photo contest.

I was an online winner of the Mr. Hit the Beach contest and went to Jamaica for the finals.

In addition to my photo shoots with John, I have also been photographed in Indiana with Richard Morris, Jamaica with Brian Baybo, Rhode Island with Richard Bromley and New York City with Rick Day.
