Brian is a family man who has a wife of over 12 years and two boys, age 10 and 8. Brian is also a corporate warrior with over 18 years in the Telecommunications Information Technology industry. Born in Lafayette, Louisiana in June of 1974, Brian took advantage of all that the Cajun culture and Sportsman Paradise had to offer. He is an avid duck hunter, outdoorsman, and fisherman. As a youth, Brian played team sports, such as soccer and baseball, but he fell in love with gymnastics after watching the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.

Gymnastics became his passion, and he competed until his freshmen year in high school, when a serious back injury ended his gymnastics career. Through gymnastics, Brian learned that positive achievement is only attained through extremely hard work and dedication. Although crushed by the loss of the ability to compete in gymnastics, Brian remained undaunted and found a way to remain active in the sport he loved through coaching. Brian's personal motto is that God never closes a door without opening a window, and he discovered that he was a better coach than he was a gymnast. He has coached competitive gymnastics on and off for the last 25 years, influencing the lives of hundreds of children in the process. Due to his injury, Brian suffers from chronic back and neck issues, but he also discovered that he was able to tolerate and minimize the pain by maintaining a high level of physical fitness.

Brian left Louisiana in 1992 to attend Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, from where he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Brian secured his first "real" job at Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems (which later became SBC, Cingular, and AT&T) not because of his college degree but because of his ability to coach people to use a new software developed by his current employer, Amdocs. Even now, working for one of AT&T's largest software vendors, he sees himself as more of a coach than a boss for his 1,500+ employees in the US, Israel, and India.

Throughout his education and his career, Brian has maintained his dedication to living a healthy lifestyle, and he is a gym addict. Brian's career is extremely hectic, stressful, and time consuming, and he works an average 70 hour week while always putting his family and their activities first. In order to maintain his healthy lifestyle, Brian is part of the 3AM gym crowd, and he starts every day gaining positive energy through physical activity. Brian had his second neck surgery in 5 years in January of 2013. After 6 months of recovery and rehabilitation, Brian returned to the gym in June of 2013. It is only through his gymnastics core strength and peak physical fitness that he was able to return to form within 6 months. His doctors still remark that Brian's recovery was one of the fastest and most complete recoveries that they have ever witnessed. Gymnastics strength exercises continue to be an integral part of Brian's daily training routine, and he rarely suffers from the chronic back problems that had plagued him.

Brian remains passionate about physical fitness and coaching, and he will never hesitate to provide coaching to the next generation of athletes and future gym warriors that ask his advice in the gym. Exceptional physical fitness has provided Brian with the positive energy he brings to both his work life and his home life. It has made him a better husband, father, and employer. Brian's home and work families know that success can only be achieved through dedication and hard work, and he strives to set that positive example every day.

To say that I was apprehensive about my first photo shoot would be an understatement. I am a quiet, reserved father of 2 from a small town who just has a passion for fitness. Shooting with John was one of the best things I have ever done, and I highly recommend John to anyone who is interested in fitness photography but who may be a little intimidated or unsure. John worked with me over the course of the last couple of days to realize what I thought was out of reach for a middle-aged father of two. I only wish I had someone like John to mentor me in my younger days. The entire experience has been extremely positive, and I would recommend it to anyone who has interest. Through his artistic work, John allows us to inspire the masses through his artistic, professional approach to fitness modeling. As a conservative, business professional with a family, I was completely comfortable throughout the entire experience, and I look forward to doing it again.
