My journey started when I was about 16 years old weighing in at 150, I had messed around with weights before then but it wasn't until I was 16 that I started to seriously hit the weights. I found my inspiration to work out from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Colombo like most people do, but unlike most people I decided that I was going to be all natural, I had Arnold's bodybuilding encyclopedia so I referenced that in order to make sure that I was training the right way. I would come home from work late at night from work and then workout until 1 or 2 in the morning.

I did that from a while and I was able to put on some good size, about 10 pounds of good muscle. I then started going to the gym and I would train myself to death while in the gym. My dream is to compete in bodybuilding competitions and build a legacy for myself, but my journey has not been a walk in the park, aside from the grueling nights training in the gym.

When I was 13 years old I was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatter disease (jumpers knee) characterized by a lump below the knee. It causes me a lot of pain in my knee joints, on top of that I have had Lyme disease twice which increases my knee joint pain and induces joint pain all over my body and fatigue, but I was not going to let that hold me back. I just ignored the pain as much as I could and continued training. I am now 18 years old and I currently weigh 175 pounds training 5 times a week in the gym.

My diet consists mostly of chicken and brown rice with a lot of fruit and vegetables, and occasionally red meat. I plan on doing my first show early next year to “test the waters”, but I always keep in mind that in order to create a quality body that I have to be patient and success will come with time.

Being in my first shoot with John of BBpics.com at first I was very nervous, but John made it feel very natural and comfortable and right away we got into working on posing and he gave me some very helpful tips. He is a very nice guy who really knows what he is doing and looks out for your best interests. I would definitely recommend talking to him if you are interested in getting some great natural pics to help you build or start with your fitness portfolio. John will definitely not disappoint you.

Working with John is great, be makes you feel very comfortable while posing, he also takes the time to get to know you very well and he like to keep in touch with you so that there is no confusion, he is a very nice guy and he takes great pictures. He is good at coming up with new ways for you to pose and he is good at utilizing his surroundings to make sure your pictures come out looking the best they can. He always looks for your feedback to make sure that you are satisfied with what you see. John is an all-around a good person and he knows what he is doing.

I had my second shoot with John, it was my first outdoor shoot, John made it fun and took really good advantage of the scenery and angles. He is a very nice person who always pushes me to be the best I can be, I couldn't be happier with how the shoot came out and I look forward to the next one with John.
