I began training with weights while I was in high school and never stop. In high school I played basketball baseball and football I continue weight training. In 2004 I work at the Longfellow Sports Club as a lifeguard and swim instructor that's one A co-worker seeing something in me that I didn't ever think about so she asked me have I ever thought about being a personal trainer we talked for a while about the training business a few months later I became a trainer I am NASM certified it's now been 8 years that I've been a personal trainer. My first bodybuilding competition was just a year ago the OCB Spirit of America there I won the men's Master division also took second place in the debut. My second contest was with the OCB Yankee classic where I placed second in the Masters Division and 3rd in the open. My third show was the OCB Cape Cod natural I placed third in the Masters and also fourth in the open my last competition I took first place in the men's Master where I want my WNBF Pro card.

 

My offseason diet plan consist of 3 low carb days two medium carb days and one high carb days I do a carb cycle on my low carb days I work my small arm muscles this is one of my workout splits I work my legs 3 times a week on every third day Sunday's depends on the way that I'm feeling I'll work my chest next day I work my shoulders next day I work my arms next day I work my back with that being said each week I change my body parts but I stay with my legs on every third day of the week in the beginning I found it to be a little hard but as I kept doing it it got a little easier to me now I know which body parts that I feel like working when I get there but I know every third day it's my legs with that being said the three days for my legs I have a heavy day I have a high-volume day in my third day is my plyometric day for all of the muscle groups I intend to stay heavy  too high intensity.

 

Working with John at Bbpics.com was very professional and I had a great time working with him I respect all the hard work that he puts into doing what he do the layout and the vision that he had for me with my photo shoot his professionalism exceeded my expectations the quality of his photographs also blew my mind.
