As a kid, my life revolved around being athletic and participating in numerous sports, such as hockey, baseball, football, track, yet I remained very scrawny. As freshman year of high school approached, I decided to join the football team and engage in weight lifting. From that point on, there was no looking back. The gym encouraged me to become a stronger individual, helping my smaller stature to compete with other individuals bigger than myself.  It also became an escape and a way to relieve stress from my day-to-day routine. Eventually, it became somewhat of an addiction.

After graduating from the University of Delaware and no longer competing in football, I strived to remain active. Although I no longer need to be strong for athletic reasons, I’ve continued to push my limits. I continue to go to the gym, 5 to 6 times a week, on top of my 9-5 office job and band practices.

Truthfully, I am not as health conscious as I should be when it comes to eating and dieting, however I do have a clean diet for the most part. I have never pursued any physique or bodybuilding competitions. I just prefer to keep my body in great shape. Most of my knowledge about the gym and the workouts I do have come from several years of football and working with several different athletes and coaches over the years.

Working with John of BBpics.com was a fun experience. John is a personable, easygoing individual with sufficient knowledge of the photography industry. His craft included capturing good lighting, angles, and poses. Not only did John take  exceptional fitness photos, but he also took great fashion portraits. Overall it was a very successful day taking various shots at multiple locations.
