Hi, my name is Michael Nam. I am 27 years old, born and lived in Cairo Egypt. Currently, I am living in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I am a Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Grappling instructor for over 7 years. I have been competing for over 15 years in States, Nationals and International level. I became more serious about weight training at the age of 15 years old. My goal is to be a fitness model.
Here's the break down of my lifting schedule. Monday I'll do a chest & Triceps workout. I usually do 4 hard chest workouts like an incline barbell press, flat dumbbell press, flat dumbbell fly and finish off with cable cross over or Pec deck. Then 4 Tri's work out. Skull crushers, Kickbacks, Press downs and push-ups. Tuesday is Back & Bi's day I usually do Lat pull down, then 3 sets of dumbbell pullovers then deadlifts for lower back. Wednesday I'll train shoulders & Traps. Thursday is leg day. Friday is my day off. Saturday is a repeat of the schedule. Sometimes, I do switch up the schedules to keep the workout more fun. I train the abdominals every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I also like to do cardiovascular workouts only during the summer. Cardiovascular days consist of 30 minutes on the treadmill every day. During winter I keep the weights relatively heavy and low reps. During summer I usually drop to 85% of the weight and higher reps to get leaner.
John is very professional and a fun photographer to work with. I was very comfortable working with him. John is not like any other photographers in the past. John wants to get to know about who you are on a personal level as well how far can he help you with your modeling career. I am glad I had an opportunity to work with John for two days. I can't wait to do another photo shoot with John next summer, and I would recommend him to anybody who would want to get started in their career in Modeling.
