My name is Adam Salomon. I am from central New Jersey. Sometimes in life a person does not know what they want to do or why they are here. They seem to be living in a bubble. I firmly believe everyone is on earth for a reason. Unfortunately some people never figure out that reason. Others have seemed to have lost track and can't find any goals or ambitions. I think if everyone digs deep down inside of them they can find something no matter how far fetched it seems that they would like to be doing. Only a tiny percent of these people ever take action on their dreams. Sometimes it takes something that you lose in your life to bring out the best in you. For me it was breaking up with an ex girlfriend that caused me to take action. Sometimes you have to turn negatives into positives. I can honestly say I was one of those people who didn't seem to have a direction, but there was one thing in my life that I had a dying passion for- working out! There were times when I asked myself "why am I doing this? Why am I trying so hard?". But deep down I knew eventually I would find my niche in life. Modeling and being in the entertainment business was something I always thought I wanted to peruse. Not too long ago my pictures were spotted by some of the editors at Cosmopolitan magazine and I did published interview for them in the March 2004 issue. The exposure has been overwhelming. Not too long ago I was introduced to photographer John Mitchell and we hit it off great! John was very persistent with working with me and really believed in me. We reconnected to do some updated photos to supplement my cruise images. He was very professional and great to work with and I consider him a good friend. John recognized my "great potential" as he put it as soon as we met. I believe working with John can greatly expand my exposure and horizons in the entertainment business, as he has worked with many professional models and actors. Right now I am preparing for a shoot with Men's Exercise magazine as well as many other gigs down the pipeline. A good friend of mine told me to strike while the iron is hot.... right now I don't see any wrinkles in my foreseeable future. I would like anyone who reads this to pursue his or her dreams, live it breath it, dream it and take action on it and never give up. My bubble has burst and yours should too. I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine consisting of weight training, running, boxing, and jump roping. My diet consists of high protein, moderate carbs and lower fat. I own a movie distribution company in N.J. I love 80's music; Bruce Springsteen is a personal favorite of mine. Some of my all time favorite movies are Jaws, Zoolander and Pumping Iron. As for food, pizza would rank number one amongst my favorite cheat foods. The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari is one of my all time favorite inspirational books On closing I would like to thank my photographer John Mitchell, my training partner Ned Shaw who put me through grueling workouts. Dr. Robert Abady who heads my medical staff, my nutritionist Shawn Bean, my brother/model Michael Salomon who gave me many helpful hints in the entertainment business and special thanks to Cosmopolitan magazine and Steve Downs from Men's Exercise.
