Joseph Grima: NPC Competitive Bodybuilder - Model Bodybuilding became a hobby of mine at age 16. As my mind and body began to mature, I took the next step towards bodybuilding competitions. Bodybuilding has taught me the importance of hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and dedication. In order to be successful as a bodybuilder you have to love what you do more then anything else in life. My future goals and aspirations would be to advance in the level of my competitions, ultimately one day to be able to step on stage as an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder.
